What forces are asking for
Every organisation that runs the assessment can contribute an anonymised entry: the force, the level it demanded, the basis it gave, whether it produced a risk assessment and what happened in the end. The CCTV User Group reviews every entry before it is published, and a force with fewer than two reports shows no figures at all.
No organisation name and no contact details are held on a register entry, and nothing here identifies who reported what.
